In order to optimize the company's operations, UAB "BENCO Baltic Engineering Company" plans to acquire and adapt a new business management system to its company's operations, which will ensure the management of the company's business processes, such as sales, contacts, productivity, human resources. The implemented VVS will be adapted to the specific needs of the company: modules for sales management, contact management, productivity, inventory and production, marketing, document reports, human resources management, incident management will be installed, which will allow optimization of the analysis of various data, facilitate sales and marketing analysis, product profitability , consolidation of financial statements, determination of the need for services and goods, financial modeling. Optimizing and integrating marketing, sales, project management, human resources management and other processes will directly affect the creation of greater added value, because systematization, operational efficiency, work productivity, service turnover, and service quality will increase. In this way, a long-term increase in the work productivity of UAB "BENCO Baltic Engineering Company" will be ensured.

The closed joint-stock company "Benco Baltic Engineering Company" together with its partner UAB "ART21" implements the EU structural funds-financed project no. J05-LVPA-K-03-0118 "Creation of an innovative methodology for the detection of cereal diseases in the latent phase and a complex disease forecasting and control system". The project is financed by the European Regional Development Fund. The amount of financing is EUR 989,078.78. The total value of the project is 1,303,295.63 Eur.
During the project, it is planned to create a unique methodology for the detection of cereal diseases in the latent period of the disease. In the course of the project, scientific research, field and laboratory tests will be carried out, hyperspectral images of healthy and disease-infected plants will be studied, peculiarities of the spectrum of light reflected by plants will be analyzed, and algorithms will be developed for data processing. It is planned to create forecasting and control systems for the most common diseases of winter wheat, spring wheat and spring barley, which include crop monitoring, analysis of remote research and laboratory data, disease diagnostics and forecasts, and creation of disease spread risk maps. The systems will be dedicated to the maintenance of the most widely grown crops and the control of the most common diseases. Accurate identification and forecasting of the disease will allow farmers to save crops, and use plant protection measures only in case of emergency and dose according to necessity. The project will contribute to the modernization of the Lithuanian and European economy, increase in efficiency and sustainable use of agrobiological resources.
